dungeon layout shrinkage
Just wondering if it was possible to change the may part of the screen to stop it from shrinking if it is too wide. You can scroll down to see the bits that don't fit but you can't scroll across. How comes this is the way it is?

Re: dungeon layout shrinkage
You can shrink the right hand sidebar (where the chat or whatever is) if you can find the little tag. Just rightclick near the border between the main bit and the sidebar and try to drag it.
Aside from that...

Re: dungeon layout shrinkage
Another thing that might be helpful is to change your screen resolution (800X600, 1024x768 and etc.) to a resolution that works better for the monitor and computer that you have. Someitme you can thus increase or decrease the view of the game as would best for you. Of course, the smaller the monitor you have the less options in this regard.
When I got my new laptop computer, with a much wider screen than I had, it helped me to view more of the game.
Also, you might try setting your browser view for smaller text size (under the View menu in MS IE and I think in Firefox also). This will help some with being able to see the text in the fly-over boxes.

Re: dungeon layout shrinkage
Another way to prevent shrinkage is to make a line of tiles either in the top or the bottom of your layout and fill them with an object each
I didn't try it yet but I'm sure it'll work since object don't seem so shrink...

Re: dungeon layout shrinkage
Great idea Cutlass! Of course, this doesn't help the players if the GM doesn't do it.
