DVD Studio Pro 3 and Leopard - not a good combination?

Is anyone else attempting to use DVD Studio Pro 3 with an Intel mac running Leopard? I have tried, but DVDSP3 does not run correctly - eg: I am unable to see any video clips within any menus when I try the simulator. The program also repeatedly crashes when I try to import assets such as mpeg2 video clips.

Hi DaveK
I would go back to Tiger for this activity.
Leopard 10.5.1, the latest Pro Apps update and DVD Studio Pro 4.2.1 work fine.
The Mpeg 2 compression background engine invoked by DVD Studio Pro has changed significantly since 10.4.11.
Also Apple are waiting as are we all for the dust to settle on the new DVD format for High Definition.

Best Regards
