free Motion Template

I received an email from Ripple Training with the offer of a free Motion Template after filling in their survey. You don't have to give them any email or contact details of any kind, just fill in the survey to get the free template.

 I wonder how you can create your own custom templates to appear inside the temple window? Any ideas? Maybe it would make a good tutorial Doug. Something else to learn I guess.
