HDV / DV Editing Help

Hi,

I am editing a project in final cut pro 5 on a dual 1.42 GHz PowerPC G4 with 1GB DDR SDRAM.

The project i am editing contains HDV footage and DV footage and I am having trouble printing it to tape.

What settings should I be using to do this correctly.
