The Pat McManus Band has a new cd out now he was with The Mamas Boys who supported Thin Lizzy and Wishbone Ash, Its brill!!!.

Mamas Boys? Theres a blast from the past. For me their "Growing Up The Hard Way" album was the highlight. Very mature AOR/hard rock album with some cracking vocals. Must go back and give that a listen..........

Always liked the Mamas Boys for the electric violin......and the guitar synth, that was cool 
Saw them at Knebworth in '85 but never actually owned one of their albums. I wonder if I would still like them today?

you will find it hard to Mamas Boys they have disbanded, the drummer Tommy died of lukeimia
but only pat has continued to play music, John the bassist he is a producer now.
If anybody wants to see pat and his band play they will be at Bosworth Battlefeild centre by invitation through the website.

Not so, 3Sprit, if you want to see Mamas Boys get along to Hard Rock Hell.
"I'm over over the moon to announce the reformation of The Irish three piece power house, Mama’s Boys who will debut their new show at Hard Rock Hell 3. It’s been a while since the Mc Manus brothers have played together, but with Pat n John upfront and Steve Strange (Fastway etc) taking care of the skins, we are well in for a treat."
