The Rights for Grandparents
Grandparents in the state of Georgia have no rights other states do. My grandson, Kendall Hunt is on the Wall site. This was our nightmare. Now 9 years later my youngest son, is not allowing me to see his daughter b/c I can not tolerate his girlfriend , who is pregnant again. My son, was 12 years old when this occured to Kendall Hunt he lived the nightmare of not being able to see his nephew, the murder and the murder trial, now he is telling me I can not see his daughter, another reason we as grandparents need to unite and be as one for grandparents rights

When adults use their children to inflict pain on grandparents, the parents need to realize that the person they are harming the most is the child they claim to love.

The Rights for Grandparents
I have just came from court with the girlfriend who tried to have the magistrate judge issue a Good Behaviour warrant on me.
The girlfriend was good, she was rubbing her 7 month stomach and my son and her mother was there,
stating that she was terrified of me,
that her daughter who will be 2 in January, sleeps with her at night,
and that their pit bull dog is chained to the front door b/c she if afraid that I will kill her and her daughter and her unborn child.
That I drink 3 bottles of wine every night and a 12 pack of beer!
Then she stated that I wanted both of her children as my own.
It was a circus.
I explained to the judge that both her and my son lived with me and my husband three times, in the past three years.
Once when she was pg with the grand daughter,
when the grand daughter came home from the hospital
and again when they moved out and back in.
The mother of the girl states I called dfcs 16 times within the past year on her daughter for being a unfit mother.
The judge said how can she hold down a job form 7 am to 5 pm or later at the hospital with the pathologist office and drink that much she would be dead.
He asked Clint why they moved out three times.
**b/c her and me, his biological mother could not get along,
I wanted too much,
I wanted the house kept clean,
and if the baby cried I would say she was not taking of her, etc..
My son said he had his family; her, their daughter, and their son, who would be born in Jan, and I was not to be a part of his childrens life,
I was a physco,
that I am still was greiving the death of Kendall
and that he was naming his son Kendall, etc..
It was so ugly, the judge did not grant the warrant.
I have been told by the Glynn county police department to buy a digital camera and take the photos of them when they come to their friends house who lives within 100 ft from me.
If she is so terrified why do the continue to come around (b/c they do it for spite i cannot talk to gween and they come right by my house and if we are outside in the yard they hide her.
It hurts me so bad that my son has turned against me. He was 12 when Kendall was murdered.
He wept at the coffin he told me he would never ever hurt me the way his sister did when she did not let the family see Kendall for 4 months, and then we saw him twice before he was murdered.
Not only have I lost seeing my grand daughter but I lost my youngest son to a girl who has serious issues.
They both do drugs he has worked numerous jobs in the past 3 years, maybe 20.
He is on intent probabtion for destroying a trailer that he rented when she was pg with the first child (before they moved in with us) and for 5 counts of driving without a license.
The boy stood in front of the judge and said I would never have anything to do with his children;
I was no longer his mom.
That has broke my heart but not my will!
Grandparents need rights I tried before with Senator Kemp in Hinesville, Ga, he went to the Senate with this but was not passed why?
What can we as grandparents do?
Do not think as a grandparent it will never happen to you. I never thought it would happen again!
