Mr. Miyagi: abandoned in a field
Mr. Miyagi is an older adult Texel male who was abandoned in a field. Animal control officers were called, perhaps because they mistook him for a small skunk. He was taken to the shelter and trimmed of his mats and put up for adoption. The shelter's vet called a former client of hers who had Texels and asked if she would like to adopt him. She did and he lived with three young males siblings for a while before Billy, an adult male, became his cage mate. He is very sweet and has been healthy except for when he had a sudden head tilt case that was treated immediately and was cured within three days.
