K-Drama: 미우나 고우나 (Likable or Not)
KBS World shows three shows a night starting with "Likable" and ending with either "Cruel Love," or "Hero>'
The improbabilities of these shows on KBS are driving to distraction.
The fact that the President of the Company gives the OK for the Shrimp dumplings without discussing it with the planning manager is not the way you run a successful company. If he decided to do change the decision of the planning department, he should have talked to the planning department first as a courtesy.
The show and the sequences are just too predictable and rather stupid.

K-Drama: 미우나 고우나 (Likable or Not)
Pali is right, in a perfect world the decision that by passed the planning manager wouldn't have been handled the way it was. In the real world however, sometimes the folks at the top bypass the "proper" procedures because they can. Sometimes they do that if they feel someone isn't doing their job and making good decisions. It's sort of a hint that maybe the planning manager may not be the planning manager very much longer.

Re: K-Drama: 미우나 고우나 (Likable or Not)
Before the president approved the marketing idea, he asked that they do a presentation - he wants to see it himself. Songjae didn't look at the presentation; he merely disapproved because he didn't like Baekho and Ujin. He disapproved for his own satisfaction. He is not acting on the title handed to him - meaning, he is not even a good planning manager. Mansu explained to him the reason why he approved. Mansu is still the head and owner of the company and it is just right for him to look after his own company's welfare.

Re: K-Drama: 미우나 고우나 (Likable or Not)
It's time to end the engagement between Doc and Dan. they are carrying it on too long and it gets boring. Time for something different for Dan without the Doc at all.
Also don't care for the meeting up again between Jiheong(?) and former BF. They don't go well together at all. He has made his life choice and it should be worked out with Sua or ended and he should then either get on with the marriage or vanish to overseas job.
Somone tell those writers to get with it.

K-Drama: 미우나 고우나 (Likable or Not)
Viyra... Any President of a major company would lose any credibility if he managed his company that way. Actually, he doesn't seem to do anything except pop up once in awhile walking into the building and talking to several of his relatives in his office. Is there a secretary?

Re: K-Drama: 미우나 고우나 (Likable or Not)
Ya know - I don't have any sympathy for Sua either. Aside from the fact that has behaved abominably she is really the most self-centered character I have ever seen on a Kdrama.
When she went after Seonjae knowing he had a girlfirend, the only reason she did so was because of that and because he said that sometimes you can't have everything you want! (Boy are those words coming back to haunt him!) Sua's response to Seonjae was that she was "cool, and pretty and rich" and of course, there was no reason why he should not want her and his current gf probably does not have her money or connections.
Jerk fell for that too! Remember when he had the Bonjour "books" - like a prospectus and financial statements which he kept under his desk? He was also planning this seeing as how he knew he could get her. And when they had that argument about where to live when Sua did not want to be in that small room? Man, the look on his face when he realized he started to break her down to get his way - Sua admitting she was wrong! OMG who would have thought? But Rat Jerky just smiled a smarmy smile.
Sua and Seonjae have gotten exactly what they wished for, they should recognize that now they have to live with it.

Re: K-Drama: 미우나 고우나 (Likable or Not)
the writers made the Sua character the worst - she's even worse than Eunju (Sky High) and other villains on k-dramas I've seen so far. I saw her some time ago as a guest in X-Man - her pouting that time and this time hasn't changed.
Songjae will continue to lie to everyone about his whereabouts when not around his family, as he continues to lie to himself about feeling sorry for the life he has chosen.
