I see at least 50 of these examples, (created, no doubt, by employing the same "training" methods) on a daily basis, while working within the public school system. It is the very reason that I've decided to put my degree to work in another area.
As for the great and gorgeous Lee Tae Ran, I join all of you who are anxiously awaiting her next project!

I think SJ views Baekho as a direct threat to his potential reign of Bonjour. Baekho is the step son of the CEO and SJ knows how much Mr. Bong treasures Mrs. Bong. So SJ is very insecure about his position there at Bonjour and he does look down on Baekho for his lack of achievements thus far.
SJ probably thinks his sister is acting that way because of the two goof-balls next to her (Baekho and Ujin) that are egging her on to do things that she would probably not do without them.

Wow discussing Sua issues is opening Pandora's box. I see two problems with Sua and relating to Sua.
Like everyone says, Sua is almost everything you dislike in a person - selfish, conceited, mean, etc...
But what's worse and more frustrating for me is the enablers on the show. Everyone related to Sua except DP enables Sua to behave the way she does. On one extreme end, you have Granny who lives for her money, her status and Sua and then you have Sua's father in law - a stern disciplinarian that, in my opinion, doesn't lay down the law often enough as if Sua were his own daughter. He's talks some good smack behind closed doors with his wife but a bit too quiet when he's around Sua.
I'm really surprised that Sua's dad is the way he is with Sua. We've seen some flashes of discipline but he seems to be more of the happy-go-lucky kind of guy.
It's interesting to see DP as very independent and very outspoken when relating to Sua, her elder. It's refreshing to see the writing portraying right vs. wrong in a positive light more so than the traditional Korean familial hierarchy.

Sua keeps crying to her MIL about how MIL promised to treat her like her own daughter. If that's the case, MIL should tell Sua that, as a daughter in the house, she needs to share in the housework & cooking. Sua complained to MIL that MIL cleans Dan's room but then got upset with Sua over her room.
SUa is so clueless. SUa doesn't work. Dan does. Sua married into that family and since she is a stay at home wife, she should be helping MIL. But Sua doesn't see it that way. I usually change the channel when Sua's face is on because her complaining and crying makes me want to throw something at the screen!
Jerk was soooooo mad over Pres approving the dumpling that he nearly exploded. Actually, he DID explode. As soon as Pres left his office (after telling Jerk the dumplings were approved), Jerk throws a binder across the room.
Later, we see Jerk getting drunk and having the cab drop him off near Jiyeong's. Ujin rides up right then and since he knows nothing (yet) about Jerk and Jiyeong he greets Jerk and tells him not to worry about the dumpling because they will make it a success.
Jiyeong, her father and Ujin leave and Jerk steps out from behind the building, like the sneaky slimy rat he is....
Oh, when Dan, Baekho, Ujin & crew were doing the presentation, Jerk kept looking at Dan and Baekho. Dan and Baekho got their heads together discussing work and Jerk can't stand it. He hates Baekho doesn't he? It's jealousy and it's worry that Dan may be close to someone that Jerk feels is beneath her. Jerk and Sua are the same.
Baekho keeps doing little things that seem to impress Dan. He came up with the idea of 'feed the employees and management dumplings' and when Dan awoke after dozing off at her desk she had Baekho's coat on. All the little things will make her fall in love with him... And remember how he stripped in the freezer to keep her covered. She knows about that too. Baekho just keeps looking better and better.. (personally I like looking at Ujin)....

Now Songjae is beginning to feel he is not that important to Mr. Bonjour - and what Mr. Bonjour cares about is his business. Songjae thought he was able to build a good impression on the Bonjour family - even granny is not happy with him anymore - only because of the brat.
I just love looking at Ujin - what a sweetheart. I hope him and Jiyeong get together - soon.
