A lot of things came to mind after seeing the end in tonite's episode. So what is Jisu going to tell Eunha? Would she be like a fool and sacrifice her feelings for LB just so Eunha would be happy? If she does that, then she really would be hurting LB. What does she care anyway about Eunha?
Finally, M-Grams got the chance to speak heart-to-heart with Myeongja - that scene made me cry - especially when they hugged each other.
Bubs and Grams gave LB some scolding but not as bad - they just made LB know how much Taesik and Myeongja cares about him and that he shouldn't do things that would make them worry anymore.
Aaahhhh! K-dramas - they do so much twists that makes us get confused. I think I should skip tomorrow's episode and just get an update later.

I was reading about Miss Korea. Her name is Honey Lee---What a Nice n Easy name. I’ll never forget it.!.… Sometimes, I wish K-dramas could give us easier names to remember….. But here we have:
EunJu—JuJubees (this really helps)-she is the Bridey…whose ex-husband is San-hyeong/aka Groomie.
EunHa—HaHa—Bridey’s younger sister who is in love with Mu-yeong/aka LB whose adopted mother is Myeong-Ja ….. HaHa might end up with LB and she’ll have the last laugh yet!
EunHu----??— wait! Is she the evil twin of iceman YunHu?
EunJa-----??----Is she the abandoned daughter of Myeong-Ja??
And at this moment, Eun-Ju and Myeong-Ju are working on the same movie project, right?
Life is not easy!

Just finished watching Friends -and guess who one of the guests was - RM - she is exactly the opposite of her role in this series. She is always laughing - just couldn't contain herself. What a surprise to see her like that! I saw her tonite as a very beautiful woman - unlike her role in this series. A smile or a big laugh really makes a lot of difference in one's appearance.

RM has been on so many dramas. She usually plays the calm serene type. I did see her on one where she played a really poor person too. She's just plain good at being believeable in any role!
YES, Viyra, I think that's exactly what Jisu is going to do... sacrifice her own feelings for EUnha. But LB helped her with that decision. He's constantly worrying or trying to contact Eunha while he's standing in front of Jisu.
He is making too much of an effort to convince Jisu that he has nothing but friendship feelings for her. AND.... I think BOTH Jisu and LB are being manipulated by Eunha's childish, selfish, jealous behavior. I have tried to just look at the good in this girl. She doesn't care about class like her mother does. She only looks at a persons heart. She really does have some good qualities.
But Eunha is obsessed with LB. She fell for him almost instantly. She showed jealousy immediately. She extraced a promise out of Jisu to not try to take LB from her (Eunha)... Eunha seems like a character that could go over the edge. If she doesn't get her way and have LB completely to herself, I think she could end up having a break down.
It makes me mad to watch LB and Jisu having to walk on egg shells so as not to 'upset' Eunha.
I think M-grams sees right through Bubs. I loved what she told LB when they talked. She said Bubs needs to suffer more. BUbs is arrogant and spoiled (by Grams). M-grams sees this and knows he needs to do a lot of growing up. NOthing like hardships and suffering to make one mature, right (LOL).
I think Bubs is definitely aware that M-grams is hiding something, and it's probably MONEY. So yep, he's gonna change his tune and try to weasel in from another angle.
M-grams wants LB to make a decision about what he'd like to do with his life and then she wants to help him realize that. She is doing it to make her daughter happy but I think M-grams also likes LB a lot. She sees he is a good person and I doin't think she would make that kind of offer (even for her daughter) if she didn't see the good in LB.
Grams and Bubs both seemed kinder to LB. Bub's kindness may be put on but I really don't think so. I think Bub's knows he hurt LB and, even though he still doesn't care for him, he'll try a bit harder to not cause LB to feel he has to leave.
I think Groomie and LB are so much alike in personality. They have the same wonderful traits that just prove that they had wonderful parenting. Both are compassionate and both love their family above all else.
Looking at Groomie (for me) is such a treat!!

Oh, I so love M-Grams! She has grown to become a wonderfully wise woman/mother. Nobody could have handled LB more perfectly than how she did. Unlike Groomie, Bubs, and Grams, M-Grams neither judged LB nor lectured him nor ordered him to do thus and so. She believed in him as a valuable person with a worthy future. She offered real assistance (when you figure out your dream, come to me). Oh, man, how beautiful is that....
Bubs and M-Grams. I don't worry at all about him trying to mooch off her. She's got his number totally and never will allow him to take advantage of her no matter how pitiful or clever he is. As she said last night, Bubs has a lot more suffering to go through before he can grow up and act like a man.
Eunju - (pandapop, I really enjoyed your name discussion! ) I think her change towards Groomie is quite genuine. While she never took her own actions seriously—Groomie did. I don't think she ever really expected that he would leave and want a divorce. Then when it happened, her pride wouldn't let her back down.
Eunju always expected that Groomie would come back, or at least always be available to her. She probably expected that if she changed her mind, she could somehow get him to come back to her. It was a shocking, heartbreaking realization to her that this wasn't a game to Groomie.
What I think has changed is the dawning of Eunju's role in all of this. She still loves him and is only now beginning to realize what she has lost and that, basically, it is her fault for being so selfish and unwilling to compromise, or to see life as others do.
I hope they do get back together but only as two mature individuals. They both still love the other. Groomie was extremely willing to make it all work. He will be "once burned, twice shy" now. Eunju, on the other hand, must have some major "epiphanies" and must change in accord with those before Groomie will be willing to come near the flame again.
One crisis that might happen is that they somehow find themselves in a situation where they both succumb to their passion and she becomes pregnant. And, of course, both families (except for M-Ja & Taesik) will fight tooth and nail to keep Groomie & Eunju from getting back together. There is always the abortion conflict, as well. RM is the type who would drag her to the hospital. But Eunju is also the type RM couldn't drag anywhere.
I saw "Happy Together Friends" last night, too. RM is a really cute, bubbly person, isn't she? I was wondering if the younger guest was her daughter? Their eyes look rather similar. What wasn't different was her hair and clothing?! I had to laugh at that. She never changes. But it's probably the best look for her. She is so short that the long skirts give her a longer (taller) line. Same with her hair pulled up and back. Gives her a couple more inches.
Deleted Scenes. I was unable to post Wednesday night's because the board was down yesterday. I'll do that now and get to Thursday's, also.

After Groomie gives the new cellphone to LB in the hallway... class ul They enter into M-Ja‛s room. Groomie encourages Grams to go home and rest. She starts arguing with him (probably about Eunju showing up), grabs her coat and leaves. LB encourages Groomie to leave, too, as does Taesik. G looks distressed. class center *****At the Nari... class ul M-Grams is cleaning up a table when Grams rushes in. Grams looks excited to see M-Grams there, but doesn‛t want her to work. Seems as though Grams is happy that M-Grams has returned but M-Grams indicates she isn‛t staying. Grams is disappointed. Bubs enters, returning from a delivery. M-Grams gets her purse and leaves. Bubs and Grams sit down and talk. It seems Grams is upset that M-Grams isn‛t staying with them. Bubs laughs at her. She‛s so upset at M-Grams one minute then misses her the next. Then it seems to move into the area of "you love yher more than me." Bubs stops laughing and assures Grams she is his mother. They both start smiling. class center *****TG, Taesik, Groomie, and LB at M-Ja‛s bedside.... class ul TG says something that really surprises Groomie. (Does he know yet that she‛s getting married?) She starts talking about "ice cream," indicates like a toothache in her molar area (?), but she‛s joking around. They all start laughing. Then LB seems surprised about something. All this racket wakes up M-Ja.
Knock on the door... it is Jisu. Everybody laughs and jokes around like one big, happy family... class center *****M-Grams gets into her bed... class ul She sighs heavily. She talks to herself. I can‛t tell if she‛s lonely being separated from the family, or if she‛s just relieved that LB has been found and M-Ja‛s surgery has gone well. class center *****The very last few frames are shaved off our episode... class ul LB takes his bedding to his mother‛s room. He calls Eunha, she doesn‛t answer and takes out her cellphone battery. The camera pans in on a closeup of LB‛s face. That‛s the last we saw. But the full episode then slides in the face of Jisu to LB‛s left and Eunha‛s face to his right. Then each girl turns her face toward the center, eyes on LB. The last image is of all three in emotional pain, caught in the eternal love triangle. class center *****

nchristi... I loved your post on Eunhu, Groomie, etc. You must have an old, wise soul. I almost always have a better perpective on the characters after reading your views on them. You have great insight and understanding into people and their actions. Thank you.
I'm with you Addie (but your being nicer than I am) about Eunja. LB and Jisu need to quit babying her and let her fall. How else will she grow. It's just like M-grams says... "....suffer more to grow up" Taking those hard knocks in life is just the medicine we ALL need for emotional maturity..
I went from kinda liking Eunha, to not liking her but thinking she had some really good qualities, to feeling guilty for not liking her, to NOT LIKING her at all. She knows the game she sucking LB and Jisu into. Make Jisu feel so sorry for me that she will back off LB... Her mother basically does the same thing, just in a little different way. She gets so hurt and offended if anyone in her family tries to burst her bubble. They then feel sorry for what they had said or done and baby her to get her to forgive them. Of course it works.

class p Episode 56 (Thursday) - Deleted Scenes
Jiung at home wearing apron, cleaning up the dishes and counters... class ul Miae enters, handbag over her shoulder. She starts patting him on the tush, talking in a baby voice that he's doing a really good job... being a good boy. She is going out and is very happy about something (probably up to no good). She kisses him and leaves. He is puzzled and worried about what she's doing. class center *****At the hospital... class ul Taesik is alone with M-Ja, giving her a sponge bath. It is a tender, affectionate moment between them. She is smiling and happy. He is saying many things to her in a sweet way. They both love one another.
Just then LB rushes in, tries to take over from his father, but Taesik brushes him away... he's enjoying taking care of his wife. LB smiles, too. They're all happy. Then it looks as though LB tells his dad he is needed elsewhere for something. Dad sighs, he does a "high-five" with LB and leaves. class center *****Groomie busy at work, his phone rings, he picks it up without looking at caller... class ul Groomie is so shocked to hear his father-in-law's voice that he drops his pen. Jaedu asks about M-Ja. Groomie says she's fine and thanks him for asking. Then Groomie asks something about Eunju. ? (Does he want to know how she handled Grams total rejection of her?) Jaedu laughs and it seems as though he's telling his son-in-law that Eunju can handle life's lessons. Groomie is smiling and rather happy about the conversation.
Just then Groomie's boss walks up and tells him something that makes Groomie nervous. The boss is happy but Groomie let's out an uncomfortable sigh. class center *****Eunhu walks into her boss' office... class ul She is unusually happy... all smiles. With bag on her arm and documents in hand, she is asking her boss permission to leave. He questions her, then approves. class center *****Next we see Groomie busy at work again... class ul His cellphone rings, he looks at the caller. He looks very serious and answers coolly. It is Eunju. She is very sweet, friendly, and happy. Groomie warms up a tiny bit but is still business-like. Looks like he agrees to meet with her. class center *****Jisu at work... class ul TG walks in on cellphone. She's happy. But when she asks the co-worker about something, everybody gets upset and TG orders the girl out. My guess is the girl has forgotten to do something very important, making TG and Jisu upset, but especially TG.
TG's phone rings again... it is the customer. TG holds the phone away from her ear as the other person must be yelling. TG handles the call in a very business-like manner. After hanging up, she is quite worried. Jisu tries to console her, then takes her coat and bag and leaves the office. TG is worried. class center *****At the hospital... class ul LB is feeding dinner to his mother. In walks Jisu. LB takes the tray of food away and says something nervously to Jisu. He's still uncomfortable. Jisu replies and turns quickly to M-Ja, greeting her. It looks like M-Ja is saying "Didn't you come to see LB?" Jisu says "No." But Mom is happy to see them together and kind of shooes them out. (Next is the scene between LB and Jisu where she tells him she's glad he's back and that he seems to have changed. But they edited out the incredibly important first part of that scene.) class ul
LB & Jisu are in the hospital cafeteria, carrying their trays to a table. When they first sit to eat, LB takes one of the pancakes from his plate and puts it on Jisu's (an act of intimate affection). She is touched. Then she tells him she's glad he's back, etc., then asks if he's talked with Eunha...

After the pancake gesture, I will be deeply disappointed if Jisu is so dumb as to step out of the picture and give Eunha the green light. I'm expecting Jisu to tell her I didn't plan to hurt you. I'm sorry for promising I'd never like him, but times have changed!
I just can't fathom Jisu going directly from that intimate moment and conversation with LB back to her office, calling Eunha to meet and tell her she'll step out of the picture.
If Jisu doesn't give up LB, this is more likely to send Eunha down her nervous breakdown trail faster than anything else, wouldn't you think? And then LB can have the great guilt and duty of "saving" Eunha thrust upon him once again.
It seems to me the audience has to feel a little hope... have it torn away.... have hope again... blah blah blah... before Jisu and LB can end up together (or Eunha and LB end up together). There's no story for the next 100 episodes if LB gets together permanently with one of them at this point.
Okay, so tonight I place my chips on Jisu staking her claim. If I'm wrong, I'll be over there in the tent swilling down soju...
