Park Hye-Jin (LB) has come a long way since Chill Sisters. He has turned into a good actor.
Tonite's episode made me shed some tears - the scene between Groomie and LB. LB's expression of his true feelings when they were growing up made Groomie cry; I loved it when he hugged him and cried again.
Now that he was unable to find his true mother, would he stop looking for her? His only intention is to find out it she really exists so he would be able to embrace M-ja sincerely as his real mom.
So M-Grams got to hide her real identity. I wonder what's cooking in Myeongtae's mind now that he has gone suspicious of his real mother. Would it make him upset or happy?
I wonder what Muyeong would tell M-ja especially knowing M-ja's decision about her surgery.

class p Episode 53 (Monday) - Deleted Scenes
While Groomie and LB are returning to Seoul with the investigator, cut to TG's office... class ul Jisu is sitting at her desk, her head in her hands, worried about LB. In walks TG. She looks at Jisu and discerns she's worried about LB. She talks encouragingly to Jisu, as if she's telling Jisu not to worry... they'll find him soon. class center *****Looks like a nice traveler's rest stop/strip mall. Groomie, LB, and the PI take a break. At outside tables, the PI is reading a newspaper at one while Groomie and LB sit together at another.. class ul Groomie has purchased some ointment, reaches over and tries to dab it on LB's lip (the cut inflicted when G was hitting him). LB pulls away, saying he's okay. Groomie gets annoyed, grabs LB's coat and jerks him back (older brother stuff), sternly telling him to sit still. LB resigns himself while his big brother gently puts the ointment on his lip. (This contradiction of actions struck me as ironically funny—jerk somebody around so you can tenderly apply ointment.) Groomie tells LB he is sorry. They talk for a while.
Groomie then takes his cellphone out of his pocket, opens it and hands it to LB, who shoves it away. G is encouraging him to make some calls but LB refuses. Then G dials a number. At that LB gets up and leaves the table.
Back in Seoul, Jisu's phone rings. It is Groomie, telling her LB is found and is okay. Jisu's relief is palpable. She really was terribly upset before the call. TG is excited to hear the news about LB, too.
TG's phone rings... it is Eunju, asking about M-Ja. Looks like TG also tells her that Groomie has found LB. They hang up. TG looks concerned, maybe that Eunju is still involving herself with Groomie's family? At the other end, Eunju is smiling and happy. class center *****At the academy, class is in session... class ul Eunha receives a text message from Groomie that he's found LB. She looks disappointed and depressed... probably that the message isn't from LB himself. (I'm guessing that Groomie mentioned that LB had lost his phone, that's why he didn't respond to her messages. That's probably why we saw the scene later at home where she remembers his full phone number, so why couldn't he remember hers?) class center *****Back at rest area outside table... class ul Groomie looks at his watch and realizes LB has been gone for a long time. Too long. He panics, jumps up and runs into the convenience store, the visitor's eating area, the self-serve food and drinks area... running... running... looking everywhere for LB. Completely disheartened and downcast, Groomie runs outside and gives up... has LB once again run away?
By a waterfall near the parked car, LB is watching Groomie and sees his panicked face turn to dejected resignation. Just then Groomie looks up and sees LB standing a short distance away. When Groomie approaches LB, it looks as though LB asks him Did you think I ran away? Groomie looks down sheepishly. LB says a couple more things but they don't argue. Groomie then slaps LB on the back as though to say Let's go now. Groomie heads for the car... LB follows.
At the car, the PI is on his phone to M-Grams, telling her "mission completed." If she weren't alone she'd be doing a "high-five" with somebody! But M-Grams is holding down the fort at Nari. Just then Taesik returns from a delivery and M-Grams tells him the good news. M-Grams and Taesik rush to the hospital to tell M-Ja, Grams, and Bubs. class center *****

nsheldon, about your comment that the writers make you change your mind. I remember reading a comment by Choi Ji Woo, after she made Winter Sonata. She said that the script was always changing. Add to that the way the Koreans film--non-stop, often 12-14 hours a day--it's a wonder that any of the actors ever get a chance to understand the character they're portraying. It certainly does give them flexibility, however. I've been impressed over and over at how so many of these actors can go with one type of character to another so easily; at least it seems that way to me.
I figured that Groomie was jealous, because it's obvious that Taesik and Myoung-ja are really attached to LB. As much as LB wanted to be part of the family, Groomie wanted his parents' love. Some of these problems could be solved if the generations would have a few meaningful conversations, but that's not the way the society, in general, works.
Even if Bubs discovers M-Grams has money, she's a tough cookie. He'll only get around her if she wants him to. At least, right now. Who knows--by the end, maybe she'll be putty in his avaricious hands.
Miae wants Prof's money, when he dies. The actress is really good at sneering, isn't she?? LOL

Taesik and Groomie leave the hospital and go home... class ul They report to Grams, TG, and Bubs. Everybody's happy... except Grams. She has to be the complaining wet blanket talking negatively about Muyeong. TG sighs at her; Taesik and Groomie just look down. TG quickly tells Groomie to go to his room and change (get the heck away from your "Debbie Downer" grandmother). TG turns to her mother. It is the oft repeated scene: TG is trying to get her mother to act half way decently and Grams argues back.
Bubs holds his tongue, then gets up and goes into Groomie's room. He seems suspicious about how Groomie found LB... looks like he's digging around for info on M-Grams' involvement in all this and what is this connection that G has with M-Grams? Groomie tries to pass it all off but is a little nervous acting. Groomie is taking off his socks and teasingly shakes one in Bubs' face, then gets up and leaves Bubs sitting there alone. The wheels in Bubs' head are turning... class center *****Meanwhile, over at the palace... class ul
Eunha is in bed, forlornly looking at her cellphone. She carefully puts it down on her night table the slowly rolls over facing the wall. class center *****(This may have been shown tonight, but I must have missed it.) Jisu gets dressed and goes to the hospital... class ul She waits outside the room for a few minutes while M-Ja and LB are talking. Then she knocks and comes in. When LB sees her he is embarrassed and won't even look at her. Jisu greets M-Ja, who is friendly and happy to see her. LB still won't look at Jisu.
Next they are in the corridor and he starts right away talking about Eunha and that he should call her. Jisu says that Eunha has missed him a lot. He asks Jisu to give him Eunha's phone number, she hands him her phone and he calls her. Jisu is hurt that he has so coldly ignored her and is thinking only of calling Eunha. The scene progresses to where she cries and LB holds her in his arms. class center *****

nsheldon - the money came from Miae and was giving it to the Prof as their living expenses; the Prof rejected it and gave it back to her. Didn't Jisu said to them "you can come by every now and then"? Did the Prof say something to Jiung and Miae?
Eunha knew LB likes Jisu and maybe she is feeling the burden he is putting on LB and didn't want to get in the way.
On tonite's episode, I wonder what Eunju would hear from Grams; Taesik seemed surprised too.
Bubs is now getting lectured by his real mother and giving him a hint that he didn't need to go anywhere to survive. Seems like M-Grams is getting more irritated with her son with his attitude.
Jisu definitely has a different feeling for LB now - and LB should have caught the words she said - "you don't know how hard it is if I can't do anything for you" (this is not verbatim but I think that' what she said) - is Jisu trying to let LB know how she feels about their relationship?

I know what LB is doing but it is really making me mad. I think he is still embarrassed by admitting to Jisu that he loved her. Now, he just wants to spare her the discomfort of knowing how he feels so he is going overboard trying to 'be buddies only'... Him being so concerned about Eunha and wanting to call her (when he made no attempt to want to contact Jisu) must have made Jisu so hurt.
But Jisu, unlike Eunha, would never say, "Hey, how about ME?" ALready, Eunha is displaying jealousy over LB being with Jisu. It just goes to show that Eunha hasn't changed or improved with regard to her obsession. And LB will feel sorry for her pathetic condition and will probably marry her. I just can't stand Eunha. I hate that she is using the poor pitiful lovesick puppy to get to LB.
I know Jisu is still unclear about her feelings for LB. But I think she does love him. She has just thought of them as friends for so long she hasn't come to full understanding of her feelings. Also, if she sees him and Eunha acting like a 'couple' Jisu will forever keep her mouth shut.
Eunhu never gave a crap about Groomie's family. The concern she is showing now is totally out of character. But that is the writers trying to make us see how she is changing. She is aware of other people's feelings now. I don't buy it but I'm sure I will as time goes by. When Grams starts in on her at the hospital (I'm sure she will) I bet Bridey will act sweet and polite. SOmething she refused to do before. Before she would keep quiet for fear of saying something rude and she would have that horrible sour look on her face. The sour look is gone and her keeping her mouth shut now seems more out of respect and consideration.
Groomie is just so good to look at. I have to get a good pic of him to put inside my cabinet (where he can hang out with Iceman/Gukwa and Suky/Jongnam. Of course, he won't be in the pic with someone (he'll have me)...

As for Eunha, she's making herself physically sick over inability to control LB. She's spending most of her off-time in bed, looking at her cellphone. Writers have her with no make-up and sick looking. Pretty soon she'll wither away. Then RM will get LB to come and save her. But RM will never allow LB to marry her daughter, so poor LB will once again get stuck with responsibility and guilt for Eunha.
Eunju at the hospital... Yep, looking forward to tonight, too. Will Grams surprise us and behave herself (for M-Ja's sake)? Or will she launch off into Eunju as she's never been launched off into before! 
Poor Groomie. He'll never get over his broken heart with Eunju stuck to him like fly paper.
Most Unbelieveable Line Last Night: Did he scratch himself that hard?
