I don't think that JiSu is looking down on MuYoung for his alck of education and socaial standing either .

I think they are soul mates ,but one of them is more slow to realize it than the other .I think in this situation there is a lot at stake .JiSu already has an inkling of what LB feels for her ,If she is wrong about her own feelings ,and makes a move too soon - she risks not only hurting LB - but losing their close friendship.

I guess it is safe to say that waiting is risky too . He could have fallen in love with someone else ( except You and I know he is more steadfast than that ) Anyway ,JiSu risks that he will fall in love with some one else (EunHA ??) ,and if that happened I 'm not sure it is ok in Korean society for them to remain friends anyway .

I think I am sure of only ONE thing ...we will be in supense about this for quite some time .....LOL

Being the good son that he is, Groomie is doing the best for his mother even tho' he was hurt from his mother's decision about the surgery. But I am quite worried that he might lose his temper after seeing LB; shouldn't he just had let the PI do the work?

Ahhh!! I hope I am wrong but since this is a drama, they might prolong the time in finding LB; LB might see them first and then hide again!! OMG!! I hope this doesn't happen!!

Well, I wasn't surprised to see Groomie go all violent again when he finds LB. However, since that was in the previews, we'll have to wait until nchristi can let us know what was in the deleted scenes! Thanks, nchristi, I sure appreciate your time in doing that for us.

The previews show Groomie hitting LB (once he finds him). Groomie also hugs LB and tells him they are brothers. I knew Groomie looked at LB as his true brother!! I think Groomie loves his entire family so much that it just breaks his heart that LB's actions are causing M-ja and Tasik pain. That's why Groomie is so angry with LB.

I doubt Jisu could be with LB the way he is now. He is confused and lost. He needs to find himself and get grounded. I think Jisu has no problem with him not really having a lot of money but I do think she wants him to be stable and working (at a steady job). So there is no chance for them at this time. Hopefully later..

So, it looks like RM could care less if RD has an affair. As long as he's discreet and doesn't let his actions publicly tarnish the family portrait.

This woman needs a good strong dose of reality. Doesn't anything except appearances mean anything to her? RD must really love her. It seems like he is indebted to her also. Maybe he came from a lower class family and for whatever reason, RM ended up with him. So she had to dress him up for the public. He made some comment about owing her or something.

whytedaisies, the eps in veoh are now up to 12 (for this drama here) but no subtitles unfortunately..

You're a real softie, but of course you really, really, really like Groomie! He's just not my cup of tea, whether he's being really good or really mean to LB. Did you see the guy in Dalja's Spring? He was very attractive to me, about a 100% more than Groomie. It just takes all kinds, I guess! emoticon

Since Groomie is the older brother, I guess he has to be portrayed as angry at the younger, misbehaving man, but I hope by the end of the show, Groomie is able to talk to LB without getting mad at him. Of course, LB will have to shape up, too. It takes both of them to get angry every time they meet.

PS Way back in the beginning, it was mentioned that RM was wealthy and that RD owed her his status in the world, because he had been much poorer than she. The actor is doing a good job here. I still remember him from Winter Sonata, where I thought he gave one of the weaker portrayals in that drama.

Yes, saw Dalja's Spring and loved it. Loved Taebong(sp) too. He was ver attractive. Not as much as my Groomie but still made this old heart skip a beat.

We should see tonite Groomie hitting LB and then hugging him. He tells him he thinks of him as his true brother. Love both of these guys. Loved LB in Chill Sisters too.

The PM should have been there almost instantly????

Did one of you send a PM and the other replied via PM EMAIL? These are two distinctly different features for private messaging.

The notifications for both are received in your personal email inbox. They look too similar for my tastes. In the past (until I learned better), I have several times deleted a PM EMAIL message, thinking it was just a notice of a PM in my CJKDramas (Runboard) "Inbox." Thankfully I retrieved them from the "trash" before it was too late.

Here's are examples of what each notice looks like.

This is a notice that a PM has arrived in your CJK "Inbox."
class ul [RUNBOARD.COM OPM]: Received Online PM from nchristi
It will always have the member name in the subject line.

Here is the notice you receive if there is a Private EMail message contained inside the notification.
class ul [RUNBOARD.COM PM]: episodes of Seoul 1945
"episodes of Seoul 1945" is contained in the subject line and the body of the notice contains the message itself. If it were only a notice, there would be no special text... only that you have received a PM in your inbox from xxxxx [a member name].

Groomie - I'm not a big fan of this actor, either. He doesn't set off any fireworks for me at all. He has a nice body and I like the way he moves but his face is average to me.

As for Groomie the character, I'm not too impressed there, either. I agree that he loves LB, but it has never been unconditional. While growing up, he was ashamed of LB in front of his friends, not because of LB's behavior but because he wasn't really part of the family—thus an embarrassment. As an adult, that was still the case. Groomie was ashamed to tell his wife and in-laws about LB's existence.

Then there is Groomie's violent behavior. Why is the solution to his anger (jealousy?) towards LB always expressed in physical blows? He's a very angry guy... and it started before his marital problems with Eunju. Maybe he's like his grandfather. Didn't M-Grams leave her husband because of physical abuse?

Nevertheless, I don't dislike Groomie. He's had a life of heavy responsibility as the older brother. And navigating Grams' nasty temperament probably wasn't all that easy, either. He is basically a "good guy," is warm and caring towards those in his life. I have every hope that he will come to love LB unconditionally and truly accept him as his brother.

Both of these "sons" have some major work to do in their lives and relationships. It's just that people with "all together" outside packaging (like Groomie) have more hidden flaws, while others (like LB) wear them on the outside for all to see and condemn.
