I, too, wonder if the Kims can add Muyoung to their register or would Grams or Bubs have to be the one to do that? And I have another question for anyone -
What exactly would LB have to do to get any respect (or even basic kindness)from that family? I can't think of anything! If he showed up a millionaire maybe Bubs would suck up but grams would still be a self-centered, mean old b*$%h! If M-Ja and Taesik were married when their friend left LB with him then surely grams knows who the parents are as well so it's not like LB could return with some sort of classy background that no one knew about.
Any thoughts?

I am guessing LB is looking for his mother not because he misses her; he wants to know how he would feel if sees his own/real mother. That women better be alive when LB finds her, otherwise, he won't have an answer to his own feelings.
LB is a 24 year old lad and I don't think he is confused with his feelings for Jisu; Jisu, on the other hand is the one confused.
The one who is really getting into my nerves is the SIL - she didn't have to do anything scary as she already looks scary to me.
Will LB be blamed for M-ja putting off the surgery? With M-ja's situation, will TG and Prof ever make it down the aisle? Will Groomie finally reveal his grandmother's real status? Probably so, because M-Grams might end up paying for the surgery.

Not only is Grams mean to LB - she is showing a double standard which I ,quite frankly ,just can't understand !!
What is the difference between MyounJa ,Myoungtae and LB ? In my eyes ,none .Just as there is no relationship between LB and his parents ,there is none between Grams and M/M .
Maybe that is one of the points of this drama .
Hey ,is it me -or does EunHa look like she is losing a lot of weight ?? Not that she is heavy to begin with ,but she is looking thinner ...maybe to show the turmoil .
As far as MyeongJu and the prof goes , I think she truly doesn't care what kind of wedding they have - the dream of her adult life is coming true ........
Does anyone here know anything about the family register question ? All I can remember is that in Bizarre Bunch Jaeok wanted to add Jongnam to her family register - but it wasn't going to be easy because Jongnam was already an adult .
LB,on the other hand ,was RAISED by the Kims ..........

class p Episode 50 (Wednesday - Deleted Scenes
The next morning after the Bridey/Groomie/RM call fiasco... class ul Eunju arrives at work but can't get started. She calls Groomie. She humbly apologizes for what her mother said and he says it's all right. They talk as they used to. Looks like the conversation spills over into Eunha and LB, with Groomie concerned about Eunha's well-being and Eunju asking about LB. The call ends without any fighting between them, Eunju says good-bye and hangs up. She is sad and empty. class center *****Over at TG's office... class ul Jisu brings the happy TG some coffee. I'd guess they're talking about the wedding, when TG apprehensively asks Jisu something. Whatever it is, Jisu has no qualms about it and is encouraging TG in a positive manner. TG continues to be apprehensive and Jisu gets a little stronger in prompting TG to do whatever it is they're talking about. (My guess is that Jisu thinks TG is being way too considerate of Prof and that she (TG) needs to do her wedding the way she really would like to... not holding back to please Prof or be ashamed by the horrible seeds of doubt Miae has planted, like feeling she should hide their "shameful" wedding and limit it only to immediate family.) class center *****At the Kim household... class ul M-Ja and Taesik are standing before Grams, dressed to go to the hospital for the test results. Looks like Taesik is trying to downplay what's going on, but Grams is concerned and encourages them to leave, which they do.
Grams then goes into the sleeping Bubs' room. She hits him, waking him up and making him sit up. His life is futile, as usual, and he laughs his miserable laugh. Grams "aigoo's" him. She gets on his case and he yells back at her. I think she must finally tell him that M-Ja has gone to the doctor and/or that he needs to get cleaned up and go down to the Nari to help out while Taesik and M-Ja are gone. She leaves the room and Bubs looks concerned. class center *****At the Nari.... class ul Eunha approaches the "closed" Nari and is looking inside. Just then Grams runs up to open the restaurant. I'm not sure if Grams knows who Eunha is (have they ever met?). She unlocks the door and asks Eunha if she wants to come in. Eunha says "No," bows and quickly runs off. Grams is left standing at the door wondering either who this girl is, or why an ex-in-law has shown up at Nari. On second thought, I doubt Grams knows who Eunha is because she was so friendly to EH. If she knew it was RM's daughter, I doubt Grams would have been treating her pleasantly, as a customer. class center *****
