But in the present day—the scenes we have seen—RichMom is the untouchable, not her husband. Even if he caused her to be hurt years ago, isn't it about time for her to make a better life for herself, with her husband? After being rejected constantly, a man takes it at face value and either leaves or tries to make the best of it. A husband in his position is not going to open himself up again to any future rejection by really putting himself out there. RichMom is the one who is going to have to convince him that she wants him.
She's certainly a miserable person. Her only source of "love" is by keeping her children with her and by dominating all their lives to her satisfaction. (Has she gone so far off-base that she really believes her husband and son-in-law having a beer elsewhere is the same as having one out of her refrigerator, served by her?) I hope RichMom ends up happier because I really like this actress and she is totally delightful when she's happy.

I'm two days behind all of you so I haven't yet seen the bedroom scene with richmom. I think she is the cold one too. I think her husband is resigned to the fact that this is the way it is, period. Not knowing their story of how they got this way, I think he would meet her half way if she gave it some effort.
I like Groomie too. I thought they were going to be the main characters in this show because of the wedding in the first episode, I'm surprised they don't have more of a story line then her going off to work and him standing around in the bedroom or at richmom's beck and call. I guess it's all going to be about having a baby or not.
Bridey doesn't give an inch, her mind is made up and that's that. I don't like her right now but I believe she really loves her husband.
I liked the Prof. the moment I saw him and I love the character he plays. I think there are going to be some tender moments with his daughter in this show. He and Jisu clearly love each other and want the best for each other, I love watching this father and daughter.
The only other show I saw with a nice father and daughter relationship was with Haein and her dad in BB. Glad to see this again in this show.
I think Jisu wants her dad to get it on with TG already.
I never saw this actress TG before, but I like her character too. So funny when she got drunk by herself and then Prof came. Even funnier was when she awoke in the middle of the night, sober, realizing how she acted and what she said to Prof. Such good acting.

I actually like the bride (I'm calling her Nasty Face) just a bit more than I like the groom (Groomie). Groomie could get NF to agree with him more if he wasn't so confrontational. They're both selfish, so I suppose the story line is going to be "how to learn to compromise." The groom has some real hangups--lying to his brother that the money came from Nasty Face. I didn't like that at all. However, Groomie has another RichMom on his hands--RichMom's daughter is turning out to be just like her mom--controllilng.
I thought Jisu did display some slight sense of jealousy when Lost Boy got the e-mail from Eunhwa, who is turning out to be a real chaser. She's not very nice, either, calling him at all hours and calling him repeatedly. Just as controlling as her sister.
I've been trying to remember when I saw a loving young couple in one of these dramas, and the only one that comes to mind is the couple in My Precious Child--not the main couple, but the secondary couple. They loved each other, and it was easy to see. They came first with each other, while attending to both sets of parents and grandparents. That was a pleasure, something I didn't realize at the time.

class p Episode 15 (Wednesday) - Deleted Scenes
Grams and M-Ja (LB's mom) eating fruit... class ul Grams asks where is M-Grams? M-Ja indicates M-Grams is still in her room. Tango Girl comes out of the kitchen, sits down and they start talking about M-Grams. Grams gets a little upset, not at M-Grams, but because she's alone in her room and hasn't eaten. Grams gets up and goes into the bedroom where M-Grams is on the floor in the bedding. Grams sits down beside her and is encouraging her to get up. M-Grams is depressed and lethargic. Very down and out. Grams encourages her... they talk for a minute. Then Grams wants to take her to the sauna. M-Grams resists, but next we see the two of them in coats about to leave the apartment, on their way to the sauna. TG looks at M-ja in surprise that the two "mothers" are so friendly and going to the sauna together, especially since it is Grams who is taking the lead and being kind to M-Grams. class center *****RichFamily arrives at the fancy restaurant where Groomie and Bridey are supposed to join them.... class ul As they are about to be seated, a young man (mid-20s? very nicely dressed, w/glasses) approaches. He is an acquaintance of Jaedu—maybe from the university or a high ranking businessman or government official? Or maybe the son of one of the above. Jaedu introduces him to RichMom and to Eunha. The young man appears to be interested in Eunha. He flatters RichMom and Eunha is also in a near giggly, blushing state. They all talk for a minute, then he excuses himself and goes back to his table (he's eating alone, or is awaiting someone).
RichMom is impressed with this guy. She asks her husband about him. Suddenly the waiter appears with a nice bottle of wine—compliments of the young guy. The RichFamily looks at him at his table, smiles, he waves. Eunha is enjoying it all. class center *****After Prof leaves his greedy son (who sees $$$ every time he blinks his eyes).... class ul Tango Girl is walking down the street drinking from a carton of milk or juice. She sees Prof's car coming towards her and hides the carton. He pulls over to the curb. She is embarrassed about her clothing, it seems. He's laughs and enjoys her. Next, they are eating together in the noodle joint. class center *****Question: When Tango Girl comes home from dinner with Prof, are those birth control pills she is taking in her bedroom? Guess she is prepared for all possibilities! 
Note: Looks as though there won't be any more screen caps for a while. It all dried up on soompi and the few caps they have are only of the two young couples—which usually are not deleted scenes.

last nights episode actually made me talked back to the TV...boy was I losing it!! I say, divorce that girl already...those two have so many things that are incompatible...it makes one think that that marriage was based on lust and not love.
I feel sorry for the rich boyfriend of Jisu. His love for her seems so sincere and I find it hard to believe she didn't have stronger feelings for him than what she expressed to LB.
Eunhais shaping up to be a real problem child...she's annoying but is definitely acting her age.
I also think that something is up with Biomom...with her listening in at the door and then quickly returning to the bed acting all sick and weak just doesn' t ring quite true...it will be fun trying to figure that one out.

An article today from hancinema.org features the actress that plays Jisu. Poor little Lost Boy; two beautiful girls to choose from and taking out his frustration on the one who currently openly courts his affection. Little sister may be a bit out front, but there is no excuse to kick a puppy for wagging it's tale!
I loved the way she handled her snotty older sister when she tried to crawl into her bed after beating up on her new husband's emotions.
Biomom is playing the Okguem role. Petulent and *****y whenever she's not getting the loin's share of everyone's, eveything. I sense a headache band and another lying in bed scene coming up. The two mothers can pretend to be ill in different rooms and add up the score to see who gets the best quality visits.

M-Grams obviously has money—she gave an anonymous check for either $10,000 or $1,000 (depending on the e-subs), and has several times snapped back to people that she has money, when they thought she needed money for food, etc., on the street.
My guess is she might be testing out her children to see what they're made of—who is deserving and who is not. Who will treat her well and with respect as a person, not as a rich relative whose life is almost spent. If it is known she has money, the rats come out of the woodwork to kiss up, trying to get a slice of the pie.
