*Edit* Never mind... it's working now!
Thanks for posting the cut scenes creidesca !
Unfortunately, I'm having trouble accessing the Sendspace site tonight... I'll try later.
Anyone else having the same problem?

don't you think his outfit is an apt representation of how his heart must be right now? Not only is it "red" but it's also torn [designed that way] at the shoulders.
Do you think that the writers/producers etc...meant it to be that way? I didn't even notice it until I read your post, but you are so right! I also was thinking that the rain was representing Bong-Gi as well. Most people when it rains...well rain is rather depressing and unforgiving. It makes things grow, but at the same time, it can cause destruction...of course I could be reading wayyyy to much into it, but I thought the rain was rather fitting.
One thing I thought about with the rain scene was that he was waiting for Bong Soon and it made me think of the story about his mom waiting for him in the rain
That's the other thing I was going to write...and it was on his b-day...everything about that scene makes him so vulnerable.

Just had to post it right after the scene finished airing in EP 32.

Now why did Bong-gi give all the credit to Joon-won for getting BS the cheonggukjang?!

Here's my theory:
After confessing his feelings towards BS, to which BS tells him she doesn't see him as a man but only as a friend/one of the family and that she'll pretend not to have heard him, BG tells her to go ahead and pretend not to have heard what he said.

You know how the situation is like when either a guy or a girl confesses to the other when the other supposedly has no feelings for that person. The situation becomes awkward, sometimes to the point where the two will not talk to each other, and worse, completely avoiding the other at all possible moments.

BG wasn't willing to risk what he had left with BS. He'd rather have her continue to see him in as a friend/one in the family as long as he can be near her, see her face, her smile each and every single day. So to take BS' mind off the matter and the awkwardness of the situation, BG started talking about the pool and showed off the swimsuit he got her. When that didn't seem to work, he pushed her in the pool. It's as if nothing had happened.

BS's look in the kitchen when JW was there just confirmed that BS's heart is still with/wavers for JW, to BG.

So when BS thanked him for the cheonggukjang, he forgot himself and "aigooed" her like he did in yesterday's episode, but then it all came back to him when he saw her reaction, and just like what happened at the pool, avoiding the awkwardness that would likely come and fearing that BS might think he thinks her more than just what she thought of him, he tells her that it was JW who told him to give to her.

I'm hoping you guys understand what I'm trying to get across...was having a hard time to write what I mean.

I'll be back tomorrow with clips of any cut scenes from tonight's ep...seems like they ran it longer than they usually would on a Thurs night?

OOhhh I am hoarse for yelling at my tv tonight!!! I felt so bad for BG at the start of the show. He lays it all out on the line (makes me cry) and then she shoots him down! AAArrghh! I do agree with you Creidesca that BG is willing to back off to just keep BS around and have her think of him as a friend. Poor BG for the last two nights I have shed tears for him. WAKE UP Bong Soon and see who is always there for you! I am kinda sad to see this one end soon, I am going to miss Lee Min-Ki he has done a great job in this show.

Re: K-drama: 진짜 진짜 좋아해 (Really Really Like You)

I can't believe this one is almost over!
I know most of these things couldn't possibly happen with only two episodes to go, but here is my "Wish List"...some things I'd like to see by the end of the series:

1. Bong-soon & Bong-gi... together at last.

2. Ji-soo makes a miraculous recovery and is able to return to her family.

3. Dr Chang gets promotion to Chief of Staff.

4. The Head Chef (green hat/red scarf) retires, Bong-soon gets promoted to Head Chef!

5. Wild Goose Daddy, Director Lee resigns, goes to Europe and gets reunited with his family.

6. The new Director Bong-gi!

7. Bong-soon's mom finally pays back all her creditors, and starts acting like a real mother.

8. Bong-soon & pickpocket sis get along like sisters should. Little sis has got her **** together, I'm not too worried about her.

9. Kitchen helper 1 finally gets RoboCop.

10. Kitchen helper 2 gets back with ex-hubby (the barber).

11. Gold digger marries photographer... and then she'll have to deal with the M-I-L from hell.

12. As much as I hate her, Chef Kang(the *****) & Bong-soon make up, and eventually become friends.

13. A-hole chef w/ green scarf gets fired and ends up working for foul-mouthed granny.

14. Bong-gi's dad's athlete foot clears up, and gets a pair of dress shoes.

Who else did I forget? emoticon

We were close to seeing the full episode--54min of the original 58min.

The cut scene from EP 32:

DL clip: http://www.sendspace.com/file/70nr2p

It was funny when the green scarf around his neck chef found himself agreeing with Bong-soon, and pretended to scratch his nose. You'll be able to see this in the above cut scene.

I've taken the liberty of subbing the scene between Bong-gi and Bong-soon in last night's episode. Translations is a mix between MBC America's and n5y17cgirl's:

and the preview aired originally at the end of EP 32:

a slightly different preview of EP 33 can be found here:

Don't you guys think that Bong-gi just knew how to handle that foul-mouthed Grandma? He was definitely making more headway in getting the cheonggukjang than Joon-won was. He even got her to laugh/smile.

I was totally thinking about that too..how must Bong Gi feel? He is waiting for Bong Soon in the rain and his mom was waiting for him in the rain, will Bong Soon ignore him like his mother did? And if so, would the outcome be tragic? Good thing I wasn't the only one thinking that... ;)
