I am having a problem with Megaupload these days. I used to be able to use it but now everything changed to 'no english' and after typing in the three caps there is no place to 'click' things to start. seems as though they need login etc. Have no place to register if that is needed. I can no longer d.l with Megaupload. I installed your suggested software creidesca.

What should I be doing ??

Pegno english? my version of megaupload is always in english. And after typing in the 3 caps, a long rectangular box will appear in that same position that is running down the # of seconds before you can press that rectangular box for dl.

1.

The suggested software is only to be used after you manage to dl the video file.

I used to get it with no English too! It was so weird - no real reason for it. That was a while ago, and I managed to fix it. If you look down below where you download the file, there is a row of flags from different countries. Click the British flag - the one on the far left - to change it to English. Hope that can help, but I'm not sure about the other problem - maybe it has to do with the no English? I don't know.

Hi creidesca.

Yes that is the way Megaupload used to appear for me. All in English and with the sequence as you stated. suddenly one day it appeared in Korean (I think) and no way could I find how to get it back. I will try the "Flags at the bottom of the page.
I will let you know what happens.

I m getting the feeling there is a gremlin living inside my PC. Not sure but strange things do happen......

well I managed to get it back to English. However I cannot get past the page which gives the three code letters. It does not go to the seconds countdown page and of course not to the download page. I can see the name of the file at the bottom but that is not 'clickable'... this seems very odd and I do not have any further solutionl Tried to contact them but just got the page twice that just talks about 'uploading'.

Anyway should not be taking up post space with off topic stuff. thanks for all suggestions. At least I am back to English.

thanks PegPeg, try this, as someone over at the soompi forum suggested for those who had problems dling at megaupload:

first fix up this toolbar: http://client.alexa.com/install/AlexaInstaller_megaupload-20.exe

u can get it done ( i'm doing so .u can delete it after u finish d/ling the file)

if that doesn't work, tell me which of the clips you wanted to dl and I'll upload it to yousendit.

Does anyone know why this won't work on a regular windows media player?
you mean the clips I upload? You need to have a codec installed. My suggestion is to go dl and install GOM Player and play the files I up with that. That way you won't have to install any codec. And this player plays all types of files.
