i felt sorrie for her....she just came to seoul and already got robbed...that's sad...
the doctor in training (president's son) is 31 years old, while Bong Soon, the country bumpkin is 25.

Argh, they're really cutting lots of scenes out. At least now I know who's subbing the MBC dramas we're seeing (the new font and all), it's MBC America, and not KBFD.

No wonder. I feel that the commercials are longer. Is it just me or is this drama really slow?

The commercials seem to take up more time than the drama! Darn MBC America! Why are they cutting out essential scenes? I'm not sure about the doctor liking her already, it seems that he thinks of her as a sister...that is why he is calling her "kiddo", i assume. But he seems a better canidate for her than Bok-Gil (did I get that right?).

i agree that the doctor likes bong soon but i dont think it's in a romantic way instead like a guardian as he said when he send her off to the terminal since now she is alone with the granny gone and all

Felt so bad for her. First day in the city and she get victimized by the con woman/robber. But it was bound to happen, she was very careless about her bag. The doctor seems glad she came to the city.

it's slower than the usual M-T, W-Th drama because Really Really Like You is actually MBC's weekend drama (it airs on Sat-Sun, not W-Th), that's why each ep is actually shorter (roughly 50min). Which makes me mad because KTAN didn't need to edit the drama because they still had ample amount of time for their commercials!

The 1st 6 epis will seem slow, but the pace will pick up by ep 7. I've been waiting for each Sat/Sun to come and catch the live online broadcast of the drama.

K-drama: 진짜 진짜 좋아해 (Really Really Like You)

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can do a mini recap of Thursday night episode for me. I taped it but the reception was really bad (have rabbit ears emoticon) so couldn't see anything. Also, is there anyone we can call to request to make the subbing better?? B/c my goodness it's tiny and so blurry that I could barely see it (esp on white background).

thanks muchie in advance.

Yeah, I hate the subtitles too. This is stupid but I just hate the word font. On Thursday Bong soon comes to Seoul with her goose that ran loose and she doesn't know how to use the toilet or the cross walk so she jay walks. (I forgot this little bit of information: Bong soon left her stuff with the nurse). When she was in the hospital's rest room (because she was looking for that doctor) she asked this girl how to use the toilet. The girl looked tomboyish and rude but still, she taught Bong soon how to use the toilet. That girl heard Bong soon counting her money and looked over. She follows Bong soon and steals her purse. Bong soon goes to the police station and goes hysterical. The police (or investigator, whatever he is) had a hard time understanding her dialect. He said that he can't do anything about it but she screams and says that she must get it back. Bong soon makes a phone call to the doctor (sorry, forgot his name) but he wasn't there. The doctor goes home to his parents and they chat and blah-blah-blah. That rude guy (sorry, forgot his name too) is sort of freaked out by that lady that keeps bothering him. She gets the wrong idea, thinking that he likes her. The doctor goes back to the hospital and the nurse told him that there was a girl who called for him. She handed the doctor her stuff and the story stops there. Funniegirlie, does this help? Sorry, I suck at doing recaps and summaries.
I just cannot believe it. Is it really true that this drama has 36 episodes? If it is...I'm sorry but isn't it a little too lengthy? Maybe I shouldn't say that right now since we haven't gotten further into the drama. Currently at the moment I don't really like it but there's still hope for this drama to become extraordinary. Although so far in my opinion, no drama in the Korean drama history has done better than my top three, which are: All About Eve, Full House, and My Name is Kim Sam-soon/ My Lovely Sam-soon. But, we'll see. I hate the length of this drama. Why can't they cut out less parts since it's shorter than the regular Monday/Tuesday and Wednesday/Thursday? And I'm curious. Why did this drama suddenly have to come up on W/Th? Why can't it just stay a weekend drama. Not that I'm angry or anything.

thanx momo167 for the mini recap. that's fine by me. It's still early in the show so a brief one is cool emoticon.

the drama is starting slow so hopefully it will be picking up later on. Give it a little more time...hehe. I'm getting really annoyed with the character Bok-Gil (the hot temper one) but I'm sure he will turned around as the drama progress. His character always become better and melt our hearts away (i hope...hehe).

anyhoo...thanx muchie. every drama is different from one another. For me, I think it's the acting and chemistry that make one better than another. The reason that I'm watching this is because of the 2 actors and Eugene - I've seen their other dramas (except for Lee Min Ki - saw him on variety show) and I like how they act.

thanx muchie and looking forward to this Wed and Thurs.
