K-drama: 진짜 진짜 좋아해 (Really Really Like You)

ahhh i feel so bad for BG!! its really horrible how he has his mind set on BS every minute now, but all he sees when he looks at her, is her looking at JW!!!! i cried [im a very emotional person] when BG was looking into the window when BS and JW were hugging. i felt so bad for him!! he can't do anything about their relationship because of his job, and he's the one with the most information on both of them. what a terrible place to be in.

i also agree with hobbitwebgirly about that invasion of a private family moment. she really looked like she didn't belong and she should've taken that amount of time to leave quietly.

another scene that bugged me was the one with JW arriving home and finding Ji-Soo sleeping with BS next to the bed. that scene REALLY bugged me.

i still can't wait for the next episode...maybe things will get better? emoticon

I think that JW is starting to develop feelings for BS. I hope I'm wrong though. BG seems to down. I liked him better when he was happy. This drama is moving to a whole new level and it's getting quite interesting. Can't wait to see next week's episode! emoticon

that scene drove me nuts! To have touched her in that way...in his own bedroom...no, make that in his and his wife's bedroom! With his wife there! You denied in front of BG, saying "I see her as a sister..." and to have don this hours later?

And I couldn't believe he'd use that President's son's tone on BG twice! If BG wasn't on the job, I'm sure he'd have a few things to say right back in JW's face. Dr. Chang isn't so Mr. Nice Guy now. What an attitude when you're the one who keep insisting to be treated like every one else, when you're trying to keep your identity of being the President's son not known.

It looks like Bong Soon is able to make headway with Jisoo? She's able to get Jisoo to take a shower/bath...something her husband has been trying for 3 years and couldn't? Dr. Chang sure went about the situation with his wife the wrong way if Bong Soon, in only a few short meetings, manage to do what he couldn't have done.

Ugh, I DID NOT LIKE that playful scene between BS and JW in the kitchen. Hello! Your daughter is there? Children are very sensitive to such situations, and she recognized it for what it was: BS "replacing" her mom. BS had better have gotten that message when Hyo-won told her dad to have BS go home, that she has her own home. I seriously doubt Dr. Chang understood what his daughter meant. Completely felt like another invasion of a family's privacy here.

And BG...worried with BS not picking up the cell to the pont that he GPSed her to find out she's at the one place he wished she hadn't been. To come all the way there, and then hesitate outside the building...wanting to have more faith in BS.

momo167 I agree. I think Dr. Chang is maybe realizing that his "sister" is becoming a little more than that. We all saw that he had feelings for her, but he just couldn't see it. Even BG saw it! And creidesca I completely agree with what you said about BS making headway, significant headway at that. Why is it that Ji-Soo's husband could not do the same in over 3 years? It also makes me question the nurse she has tending after her also.

I think the scene in the bedroom was almost downright disgusting! How could Dr. Chang be touching another woman in that way in front of his wife, although asleep, but still in his house, in his bedroom, with his wife right in front of him.

Wow, Dr. Chang has surprised me with his selfishness and disregard for his wife. I hope BG or BS sets him straight soon, or perhaps his daughter will. Someone should and soon, he is getting on my nerves!

Finally, I gave this drama my full attention since "goodby solo" ended.
That's how the bedroom scene played out to me, too-disgusting.What is she doing there anyway?
I didn't know why the kitchen lady left the job- what did I miss?
I like the character and scene analysis you all are offering. It's causing me to take a deeper look at this drama now.

K-drama: 진짜 진짜 좋아해 (Really Really Like You)

MBC has been airing weekly segments on the child actress Jung Da Bin on their Ent. Plus program.

On the 6-1-06 episode, this was what transpired:

Jung Da Bin thinks Minki is SO handsome.

Ryu Jin asked Da Bin to call him "oppa" She says no, then he asked how about "Uncle." Da Bin didn't like that either, so he asked what she wants to call him. Her reply: Man!

Towards the end of the clip where she's on the ground:
She was really shy because Eugene and Ryu Jin were saying something about how she likes Minki so much that she is going to marry Minki. And Ryu Jin, playing the dad in the drama was like: 'I will not allow this marriage' and she just fell to the ground.

Then in the 6-24-06 Ent. Plus episode:

Da Bin wrote 3 letters - one for Ryu Jin "ga-jja appa", Minki oppa, and Eugene unni. (She calls Ryu Jin her "fake daddy")

To Ryu Jin appa, she wrote how she's sorry that she ran away from him and wouldn't give him a kiss and made him look bad on tv during a previous ep. of Ent Plus behind-the-scenes. She felt bad and just wanted to express her true feelings to him, and that she really does like him despite how she may act sometimes.

To Minki oppa, she wrote "please wait 15 years [for me] ... and please play with me even more."
Minki then starts telling Eugene a story of how once Da Bin was all kissing Ryu Jin appa, and when he asked for a kiss, too, Da Bin replied "You're more embarrassing." (I think meaning that it was too embarrassing for her to kiss him... probably b/c she really does like him. ) So Minki oppa says to Da Bin "Is love that easy for you?"

Chef ahjumma made the decision to leave because of her daughter her just gave birth to twins. Her daughter had asked her to come live with them and help take care of her babies. At first the chef ahjumma refused, but then she felt troubled over it, since she's been feeding other parent's children, but hasn't done so for her own.

I agree the scene in Dr. Chang's wife's bedroom was totally in poor taste. This behavior is what you might expect in American Soaps, but not Korean TV where the culture or respect is still very strong.

I don't know why lately, the Korean shows have been so poorly written. When I first started watching many years ago when most of the shows had some historical background, I enjoyed the shows much more even if they might have been more primitively produced.

The writers and producers seem to go for the ridiculous and sensationalism very common to Western shows.

hi guys...

agree with you all about the bedroom scene, I too was screaming at the TV "Hellllloooo, your wife is right there". I couldn't help but thought that somehow his wife would wake up and saw that "tender moment" that her husband was giving to another woman. that would have been soooooo horrible. The kitchen scene was also irritating. Of all the characters in this drama, I have to say that I really don't like BS at all. I'm sorrie (maybe my feeling will change) but she really doesn't think before she acts or speaks. There's no justification for her to have to help out Dr. Chang and his family situation, yet she's sooooo determine that she had to help. Maybe "love is blind"...hehe. Dr. Chang too is at fault for ignoring the various signs his wife and daughter showed how uncomfortable they were when BS with them.

My favorite is BG. Although his antic is sometime annoying, but he does it b/c he cares. I just felt soooo bad for him that BS is constantly on his mind and there's nothing he can do to get rid of it.

thanks creidesca for the info on the cast. that's soooo cute of the little girl...hehe. the cast seems to have a very strong bond with one another emoticon.

Can't wait for next week.
