As of 6/19: Cal had some trouble with the plastic sticking to his vacuform bucks. He's using beeswax to coat the bucks and I should have a prototype in my hands by next week. I need these as much as anyone so as soon as I have news I'll post it for sure.

OK, I received the first prototype ABS vacuformed shorts today from Cal. So far they're great! I need to trim them up to see if any improvements need to be done, and I'll post photos. These are as sturdy as stormtrooper abs - really nice quality.
