How are these new shorts to wear?

Being SOLID I am assuming it makes walking a bit difficult as they are longer.

They are two-piece shorts, and I've worn them, and without trimming the legs at all, you do walk more with your knees than your hips. I'm going to trim mine a little and will post the result.
