Looking at getting a whole 3po suit from you.
Do you still offer(or will you offer) the fiberglass shorts?
Do the smaller screen arms open some way to help you get your hands through the wrist opening? The 9" circumferance seems way too small to fit my hand through.

The small arms don't open, but you can certainly cut them in halves and put hinges and small clasps on them like stormtrooper or Boba Fett forearms.
The new shorts are being made of vacuformed ABS. More flexibility and better fit into the legs.

by the way, I have a friend who vac forms and he often uses a light coating of baby powder on his bucks to keep the plastic from sticking.
